  • What can we learn about the Seahawks upcoming 53-man roster by looking at what positions Mike Macdonald kept in his two years as the DC in Baltimore? I share his keeps at each position and the average over two seasons, and then project who could be impacted on the Seahawks current roster.

My hands and toes were all tied, but I crossed my eyes in hope for good health

I love your roster prediction stuff. I used to read all your prediction tables on the website for years. You're always pretty close!

I’m keeping 4 CBs to make more room on d-line

Maybe I missed you saying it, but is it possible Macdonald does not have hard rules on the number of players at each group and it changes based on where the talent is each year?

Unpopular to some but with John having more say I think Hall stays. I also think Taylor stays and if traded is in season. His pass rush counting stats are better then we think because his overall play is not great.

Lazy take? If macdobald is who we think he is perhaps player selection will come down to strength of positions. I'd guess: 5 dlinemen. 5 edge. 6 corners. 4 safeties. 4 LBs. 24 total on defense.
