Just unplug the keyboard when shutting down the pc and plug it back in as soon as the pc is turned on... Worked for me😅

I had a problem with the UEFI settings. I chose Legacy and it worked for booting from the CDRW or USB. But, the problem came in when I tried to get back to windows10. It does not go back automatically to Windows Boot. How can you get back to the UEFI settings without being in windows? Instead it kept trying to find a bootable USB or Disk. Error "NO BOOTABLE DEVICE" I finally solved it by starting a fresh Windows10 install and aborting that to get to the UEFI settings and change it back to UEFI from LEGACY.

Hi im using a lenovo thinkpad and when i go to troubleshoot there is no option for bios and uefi its only uninstal updates,startup repair,system restore, startup setting, system image recovery, and cmd prompt. Ok restarted and held esc key, see bios, clicked it and it says it's enabled but on the bluestacks app I keep seeing notification that says bluestacks is unable to use hardware assisted virtualization for better performance.

I use usb to recover that but when it recover now it is asking me for
other user account and password. I tried many accounts and their passwords but it didn't accept any one of them by saying that Account Name or password is incorrect..

For HP Users, just normally restart your computer.
Step 1 - Press power button to start your laptop.
Step 2 - Press Esc key, 3 or 4s after Step 1.
Step 3 - F 10 (to enter BIOS)
Step 4 - Configuration setting
Step 5 - Enable the Intel Vt-x

An easier way is to hold shift and press restart from the start menu.

i have seen another video, they said u must check 1st your pc sistem is bios : uefi or bios : legacy 1st.. in setting windows 10. after that u know tht firmware is use uefi or else.

You might be BIOS in itself. Not UEFI.
I have the UEFI settings button. Clicking it goes to a "restart now" button that goes straight down the plug hole to the black screen of death. After waiting on the BIOS screen for two to three minutes of nothing, multiple presses on the windows key eventually brings up the Windows log on screen so I could come back here and type this. My PC uses Win 10 Pro, version 1803, OS Build 17134.345.
We will need an activation key too for technical purposes

Actualy your bios is on legacy mode you have to convert to uefi bios look it up correct me if I'm wrong

That just brings me to the same menu when I click F2. Within this menu everything is grayed out and I honestly can't do much. I'm trying to edit my drives since my boot device is an SSD and the storage is a standard HDD but It's not considered... This samsung bios makes zero sense and has zero options for anything.
