Oooooo I didn't know about this! Can I also put the UV sensor up Phrozen Mighty 8k/Mega 8k's butt for it to work or does it only work for Nova3D?
Hello! I made my diy optical trigger for my camera, and works like a charm to create the timelapses, but I have a question with your timelapses... how do you record the plate movement after the last layer when it moves to the top position?
It is built in the camera software.
I dont do anything about it.

Thanks for such a great and helpful video. I wanted to ask you if you had the opportunity to test DLP 3D Printers?
DLP printer is nothing new, my first resin printer 10 years ago is dlp.
All in all it is about user experience and knowledge no matter what printer you use.

The resolution just awful.
@@wangdennys That is a very interesting take on DLP resolution and that is why it would be nice if you could get your hand on it to test it. Why? Well FauxHammer tested both Anycubic DLP and Elegoo DLP and found that the while the pixel size is 51 micron but due to the sharpness of DLP light source it was actually as good as the Sonic Mini 8K. I am not sure if you have seen his video about comparing the Anycubic DLP vs Sonic Mini 8K and there is no difference. But he only tests on Miniatures and sculptures but you are more technical and have lots of scientific 3D prints to do comparison.
@nicamarvin unfortunately i dont have the fund to purchase printer for testing.
Maybe if it dont bother you too much, you can email anycubic and show to them my channel?
This looks cool and would be especially great for monitoring FDM printing, but resin printing with the cover off seems like a terrible idea for health and safety - not to mention contaminants getting into your resin and causing print failures
If it just for monitoring, cover in place is fine.
I have dedicated resin room with good ventilation.
Contaminant is not an issue, have been printing with cover off for years. Never have fail at all with cover off.

nice way to treat your subscribers, seams your focusing more on members only videos now. if you didn't have subscribers then you wouldn't have members. hope it don't get people to upset that they UN-Subscribe from your channel
Nope
I focus more on once a week live video that you can watch the rerun.
And member only perks is the sneak peak videos and some like behind the scene raw uncut tutorial video that will be too long for public.
Both member and public will gain knowledge.
But the shorter tutorial video will have the same knowledge, not every public want to watch my 1 hour long tutorial with all the speech pause or explanation that is too wide and a bit out of topic.
The lastest member only video is just a quick 1 minutes first impression about uniformation, not the in-depth test and review.
Just because i post 1 video for member doesnt mean i will abandon public subscriber. Dont get to your conclusion too fast.
