I saw that vid and I was a bit confused when I was watching this lol
That makes me sad those sold memories
I like how Fateful still had his netherite gear, and how it was a mystery how he got it. If you watched the old videos you would know that he was the only survivors and that he disappeared. He had his gear because he abandoned the island and was to never be seen again in the 750 episode by Jack.
Caden had misteriously disappeared after day 100 too, and he keeps being a mistery while appearing and disapearing. I'm still trying to understand what is his to the story

This episode kinda reminds me of the "Tales from The SMP" series with the focus of the dark past of a certain place. The Fact that Ryan talks like he's entirely new to this world adds to that familiar yet strange feeling.
Honestly, I'm so engaged in those episodes, it's amazing how it's not really a roleplay, but feels much more impactful than any roleplay I've watched.

I just realized something while rewatching this series: the admins said no iron for a segment of the video right? During that time many players had shields, which are crafted with iron

I love how you can tell a story in a way where the person knows it's just a game and you are saying it in the way of it being just a game but the way that you tell it gives the suspense of like it's a role play and you're actually like risking your lives and there's one life the suspense is immense
