Wow! That Charged Gem scam is the lowest of the low. I cannot believe how deceptive that is. I'm also baffled that Google and Apple haven't stepped in to say "Hey, we're getting way too many refund requests due to your misleading purchase options. Please clarify what the player is receiving, or we're removing your game from our platform."

Unlikely to happen. Other games have already set the precedent for this, including the subtleties involved of buyer beware. 7Mortal Sins does this. Tower of Fantasy does, as well, although they make it obvious with the different icon designs.
Don’t get me wrong, I fully agree with your irritation. I’m just saying the corporations are highly unlikely to give a darn - especially considering the cut they take of all top-up sales…

How do you change it to landscape?
Emulator?
Yeah with LD player in the settings there is forced landscape. However you don't need an emulator, if you have an android phone you can donate a screen rotation app.
