And what is funnier is that the defendant was in the paranormal crap, so he was able to scare his new neighbor. He was needed to make some bucks and needed to scare the neighbor to hire him. I feel for the plaintiff for the defendant took advantage of him, a scammer.

Second case, the plaintiff suing over that he did not follow directions and blaming others for his own mistakes. Sad. And suing for not getting paid after walking off the set. When you refuse to do the work you signed up for, there is not money for no services rendered. Glad the Plaintiff lost.
