It’s DinDin sister son he’s the uncle
Both of his parents are not celebrities. His uncle is the celebrity one. So, Niccolo's family is the first family where an uncle (DinDin is his uncle) represents the family, in other words, DinDin is the one who is responsible for him and takes care of him here while his parents are away.

Someone said Dindin’s sister is his mother. He is babysitting his nephew is a Korean-Italian child.
Niccolo's father is Italian while his mom (or Dindin's sister) is Korean. Yes, he's a mixed blood child.
Ig this is a new format. If I can say, now it'll be more accurate to say that this show focuses on a family member who usually doesn't take care of the kids but eventually steps up to do so. It could be the father, mother, uncle, aunt, or any other older relative in the family.
Sometimes guests would come and "babysit" the kids while the dad was away. It happened more with the athlete dads like Jooho and Donggook when they had away or overseas matches. I guess PDs wanted to cast DinDin and he happened to have a toddler nephew so he didn't have to visit another family.
An Uncle can't be a superman? Thinking bout it a lot of uncles and aunts has take the role of a parent. What is the fuss???
@@saguittariusfactcheck7394 I don't think that commenter was kicking up a fuss, just highlighting TROS's change in focus. Since it started airing in 2013 TROS was always about parents (mainly dads). The only other show that had a similar format but featured grandparents and uncles/aunts in the caregiver role was SBS's "Oh My Baby". That's why some of the comments express confusion over why is there an uncle and a nephew.
