Sir, my third month of pregnancy going on. Maine 4-5 days he folic acid liya initially. Just bcz of lot of anxiety and sickness maine folic acid nhe liya.. Main ye janna chahti hoon ki folic acid na lene k side effects aa sakte hai baby pr. Kitna risk hai...
Folic acid is very important dont skip it.it helps to form neural tube in early pregnancy .it helps in prevent some major birth defects of the baby brain nd spine. Early ultrasound in 13 to 15 weeks will be done by doctors to check the water behind baby neck. It is very important .consult ur doc nd tell her u have stopped folic acid.
