- Some basic conditioning and stretching exercises used in our training of Southern style of South Indian martial art, kalarippayattu.
These exercises can be done during online trainings, at home, with limited space.
They develop balance, strength, stamina and coordination. They prepare body for longer and more complex sequences of movements.

Studio Kalari runs trainings and workshops in the Southern style of kalarippayattu, South Indian martial art.
We are located in Wroclaw, Poland and we have also our own space (kalari) in Trivandrum, South India.
We run also regular online trainings.
