In this video we take a quick tour of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Home to a couple of universities, arts and entertainment. Hattiesburg has a lot to offer.

Been living in Hattiesburg about 10 years (started out at USM). And been living in Mississippi my whole life. The summers are rough, but the rest of the year is pretty darn pleasant. Food is excellent, and like you said the people are friendly.
Nice to see this place talked about, I think it’s a real gem of a place. Not too big, but not too small.

Thank you for your nice comments. I actually had a job offer to come down that way but in the end turned it down. Overall, really liked the community, just not the right fit for me in terms of the job.

lived in Hattiesburg for 50 years. best thing I ever did was to move to Colorado.

Easy day trip to Gulf Coast beaches and casinos and to visit New Orleans. New Orleans is a super nice place to visit but I wouldn't want to live there. 😊

That is soooo true. The median household income here in Hattiesburg makes me laugh every time someone here looks at me 😆😆😆😆
