I met Ml. Mumtazul Haqq in South Africa (in Darul Uloom Azaadville) two years ago. Maasha'Allah the level of your Eman will just skyrocket if you sit in any of his Halaqaat. All our elder ustads were honoring him when he came.

Considering minute 46. Would it be fair to say that all orders reputed to the prophet Muhammad (saas) outside of the Qur'an or not based on a Quranic command are recommendations and not obligatory orders?
No in the Quran it says multiple times: Obey Allah and obey his messenger. So his orders have the same weight as it came directly from Allah Swt.
@@Azimi001yes but one more thing. Some of his orders were conditional and some were specific and some were general and some orders were recommendations. Now it is the job of a faqih(islamic jurist) or a muhadith(scholar of hadith) to determine what is the case about this specific hadith. He does this by analysing the Qur'an and other similar ahadith and by analysing the words of the prophet PBUH.

So what is the truth of taraweeh? A minimum of 8 and a maximum of 20?
it is not such that there is a minimum of 8 and maximum of 20.
Taraweeh is just 20 rakaats.
Tahajjud salaah of 8 rakaats is what the holy prophet would perform most of the time.
OH MY GOD! Allaah will always protect his Scholars in Mecca Madinah and does not need help from Groups or Movements Named after Villages or Places in Far East India which is the Present Day Land of Idolatry and Statue Carving Makers.
Uswa Hasana means sunnah and hadith. Obeying the prophet pbuh is not possible without hadith. Please donot try to create doubts. Fear Allah.

Most Muslims and non-Muslims alike are still groping in the dark about our Primordial Covenant with God mentioned in
Surah 7:172-174 and Surah 5:7.
19:93 When all there is in the heavens and the earth will come to the Almighty as servants.
19:94 He has encompassed them, and counted them one by one.
19:95 And all of them will come to Him on the Day of Resurrection, all alone.
Read ☞Surah 37 and ☞Surah 57 in relation to the new diagram re The Throne of Allah extending to all His new creations and creatures. The Throne of Allah means His Dominion: ☞goo.gl/t5abx5 and nothing about His Royal Chair and its footstool in the literal sense. It is a misleading concept by blindly interpreting it as the Chair comprises a footstool as to mean God has a physical embodiment like we do from head to toe. We as a learned Muslim might understand it allegorically but most illiterate listeners including some Hadith mullahs would certainly think otherwise. The danger of fallacies and false doctrines can spread like fire in the forest. The Quran has a built-in mechanism (Surah 3:7) which enables sincere readers to clearly understand an allegory verse while leaving those insincere readers to misunderstand the same with more confusion and contradictions. If we do not fully understand any allegorical verse, we should avoid it to prevent further confusing ourselves with conjectures and guesses from A to Z (Surah 17:36). This is one of the amazing wonders of God about how He protects the Quran from being distorted by anyone until the Last Day. Whether it is Prophet Muhammad, parents, teachers or even copycat messengers of Rashad Khalifa, only God alone is One Who guides whomever He wishes (Surah 28:56).

Refer to Surah 3:7 again. Yes, the Quran is easy to understand if we are a sincere reader and God knows best about our innermost thought long before we are even born. To prove the Uncreated God is our Omnipotent, Omnipresent and Omniscient Lord Who is the Alpha & the Omega, the Outermost & the Innermost (read the whole of Surah 57), He purposely wrote our own destiny in a "Tablet" certainly preserved in Eternal Paradise long before the First Big Bang (Surah 21:30) has just begun. In my own humble opinion. On the Day of Judgement or in Eternal Paradise, the languageless Quran and the Destiny of all creations preserved by God would be like our museum where relics are securely displayed for visitors to view. This is to prove He has the absolute authority to be praised by all His Servants, regardless of Paradise-Dwellers or Hell-Dwellers. We don't feel God's Presence because He doesn't speak with us like human beings to another human beings as usual. Only when we kneel down before God on the Day of Judgement in the presence of all known and unknown entities as His witnesses and in our own new body parts, then we shall know His Presence has actually been intense right down here as in the hereafter. Read Surah 2:186 and Surah 50:16.
This particular verse in Surah 42:51 is often abused by all copycat messengers of Rashad Khalifa. But if we continue the two following verses Surah 42:52-53, God was clearly telling Prophet Muhammad (obviously not to copycat messengers of Rashad Khalifa existing in our time) that all His Righteous Servants who have kept their words regarding the Primordial Covenant with Him as in Surah 7:172-174 and Surah 5:7 would be guided and interceded by Him personally. In actual fact, all Adam's descendants are Servants of God due to the Primordial Covenant with Him. If we have broken our Primordial Covenant with God by rejecting His genuine scriptures for Salvation as in Surah 7:172-174, only then we shall enter Eternal Hell instead. Why are those copycat messengers of Rashad Khalifa diverting us all towards fallacies based on their own baseless interpretations without considering about Surah 19:93-95 that each and every creature, regardless of earthling or extraterrestrial, is a precious masterpiece of God and His Servant. Whether we accept or reject Him as our sole Creator, we are still His Servant and we will be accountable to Him as an individual person alone. Any good or bad deeds we have done in this world is between God and us alone on the Day of Judgement. Those copycat messengers of Rashad Khalifa would think they are the only True Servants of God while we are non-Servants of God. How interesting misguidance indeed!

Please bear in mind that angels and jinns do not reside in the Heavens because the former are always on shift duties performing their own duty in our Multiverse (Surah 13:11) and they would have to return to Paradise to rest and eat as well while the latter are expelled to Planet Earth or to the Parallel Worlds. As real as Jinn dimensions exist, the dimensions of Parallel Worlds do exist. And there are similar jinns existing in the Parallel Worlds. It is always better to allow the Quran to speak and say what it says, rather than to exercise intellectual dishonesty and infer words into translations that do not exist in the scripture.

This is not the example of the sahaba, remember not every sahaba was close to the prophet Muhammad s.a.s and if we look at Umar as how sahaba handled issues... Umar was in the masjid praying and heard another sahaba reciting Quran in a way he never heard.. he asked the fellow sahaba who taught him this he replied the prophet Muhammad s.a.s and Umar went with the sahaba directly to the prophet Muhammad s.a.s and inquiring about the situation... from this one can deduce that since the prophet is not with us don’t trust blindly consult the Quran majeed ... during the period of the prophet Muhammad s.a.s of course the prophet was listened to as he was the messenger and he was the living Quran.. as he lived what the Quran majeed enjoined....
remember today we lack true understanding and even disagreement over who is or was sahaba... as companions are not necessarily friends... and because someone has sat in your presence once or twice he is not necessarily a companion... so information must be verified before acting upon it carefully verified and the Quran majeed is the verification...
Period as Hadith can be strong or weak or fabricated so it is best to consult the Quran majeed first and foremost..... example many many Sunni disagree with Ali Ibn abi talib and he was the first male to take shahada in islam and was a Sahaba who was raised in the household of the prophet Muhammad s.a.s by the prophet Muhammad s.a.s Ali Ibn abi talib slept in the same house as the prophet Muhammad s.a.s and received the deepest teaching of knowledge from the prophet Muhammad s.a.s yet many many Sunni refuse to listen to Ali Ibn abi talib... so muslimeen be alert and aware and put trust in Allah first foremost and in all ways.. InshaAllah
