Why are you using LFP battery just on the basis of their lower DCIR (internal resistance) . Nominal voltage and discharge current limit should also be under consideration. You would have gone ahead with INR18650 with 3.7 V .
ok. what I want to see in your next video is after wiring bms please note down full charge voltage of bms and cutoff voltages with load so that we can expect mileage. when I calculated higher voltage cutoff is 83 (3.6 per cell) and lower cut off voltage is 64(2.8) per cell) so the mileage as per my calculations would be around 20- 25kms if you batteries are 6000mah*2 parallel cells (12ah) or 6000mah *3 parallel cells ( 18ah) will be around 30-35kms as per my practical knowledge it may be differ thanks for the video

Infact LTO battery pack making is easy and many benefits like fast charging and very high life but cost of LTO pack is very high approx 2.7 time of lithium phosphate..
Sir I have used lfp cells(32650) for e- rekshaw and I have to make 48v and 102 ah battery pack and my charger rating is 48v and 10 A after full charging pack voltage display on charger is 54.4v and cut off by the bms then we checked voltage by multimeter we found the voltage near 49v smithing....why???
2C/ 3C stand for charging capacity of any cell. Suppose a phosphate cell is of 3.2V and 6Ah. Mean current is 6ah. For 1C you can give current of 6ah for charging. Similarly for 3C capacity you can give current up to 6x3=18ah for charging. Same concept is applicable for discharge also.

Agar mai 300 cell use kiya pack me to testin korne k liye shortcut kuch process hai kiya??? Iss process me to jiyada days lag jayega
No shortcut so far yes it's time consuming process but effective..
You need 24 cells in series not 23 to make 72 volts because most of the bms support 24 cells you can check with bms circuit
I have used 23s bms and it's availably in marker..
