not trying to be funny, just asking: do you need a license to drive there? what about riding the motorcycle must people have a driver license for those? are there any stop lights there?
Yes, you need a driver's license to drive a car, and no driver's license for the motor bikers. Very unsafe driving today in Monrovia due to "no regulations". Hope this helps.
Yes, we also have traffic and stop lights; and could use more in lots of places.
