I remember, I stuttered once during my IGCSE speaking exam back in 2019 when I was taking A* to G syllabus. I still got a Band 2 which is the 2nd highest which is nice.

TO ALL the people watching this: i watched this so i would be less nervous but i got even more nervous. i had my exam today and it went AMAZING, so don’t be nervous and just practice on your vocab ;)

If only part D is accessed, does that mean I won't have to think hard and can be brief about what I say in the other parts and it won't affect the grading?

May I know the conversation and role play appear the same time and how long does it take for the whole speaking to be done . I’m gonna take speaking next month
for the whole speaking to be done, it takes about 10 to 15 minutes

if examiner asked extend question, will my marks get lower compared to not being asked extend question ?
"15. If the candidate does not answer a question, or answers very briefly and Teacher/ Examiner think that they could give a fuller response, follow the instructions in the table below. Teacher/ Examiner can encourage fuller responses by asking extension questions such as ‘Tell me more about …’, ‘What else can you tell me about …?’, ‘Is there anything else you want to say about …?’. (INSTRUCTIONS)

Cambridge IGCSE English Second Language 0510 is a 'speaking endorsement' and 9-1 equivalents 0993 and 0991, so it is the same code 0993.

Is the way the exam held different for 0510 and 0511?
No, its just that in 0511 the result for speaking is added to the result of other papers like reading and writing etc, but in 0510 the result for speaking is seperate.

what does speaking 'speaking endorsement mean ?
IGCSE English as a Second Language 0510 (speaking endorsement):
The speaking component for Cambridge IGCSE English Second Language 0510 is a 'speaking endorsement' - in other words, it is certificated separately from the main grade awarded for the written papers, on a scale of 1-5 (as opposed to the standard IGCSE grade scale of A*-U). Performance in this component does not affect the syllabus grade for the written papers. The speaking component is a compulsory component of the IGCSE English Second Language syllabus which is recognised by many UK and international universities. For full details of how the 0510 Speaking test (component 5) should be conducted, please refer to the current syllabus.
IGCSE English as a Second Language 0511 (count-in speaking):
The speaking component of 0511/05 contributes 20% to the final syllabus grade. It is reported on a standard IGCSE grade scale of A* to G. The other components are weighted as follows: Reading/Writing 60%, Listening 20%.
