Greetings, tankers! With you INDOMITO and a review of the Soviet level 10 heavy tank Object 780 in World of Tanks. Let's see what it is like compared to other Soviet promotional tanks and how it differs from the pumpable ones. You can get it for the first time by assembling it at the Design Bureau.
Object 780 did not go beyond sketches and mock-ups in the early 1960s. In fact, it was a development of Object 775, which had already actually been built and tested. The new model was planned to be equipped with a 125 mm cannon launcher, i.e. it could fire both conventional shells and rockets.
The tank is equipped with a 130 mm gun with a single damage of 530 units. The basic shell is armor-piercing with 263 mm of penetration, and as a special sub-caliber it is 311 mm. In general, this is a good combination, enough to break through most opponents encountered in random situations. Perhaps some “thick-faced” tank destroyers will cause difficulties or “cheeks” of the Maus and E100.
The accuracy is one of the best among the heavy weights of the USSR - 0.34 per 100 meters, but the aiming speed allows you to quickly aim at the target - 1.92 seconds. The long reload time of 13.71 seconds is disappointing, which entails low damage per minute of 2320 units.
Vertical guidance angles are -7...+17°, so it can play on small slopes and, in general, playing on the terrain is quite comfortable, especially for a Soviet heavyweight.
The safety margin is rather low by the standards of level 10 TTs - 2200 units. But armor is clearly the strong point of this vehicle. The cast turret with 300 mm of armor in the forehead provides reliable protection against most shots. The NLD is raised high, so when trying to aim it, the enemy’s projectile will often “dig the ground.” The VLD has large armor angles, so it will often catch ricochets and non-penetrations. The caterpillars will most likely not allow damage to pass through.
So don't let the nominally low armor value be misleading, a skilled player will be able to correctly use rational armor angles.
Where to penetrate Object 780?
There are, of course, some flaws here, otherwise it would be too awkward:
hatches are being made in the tower, although it is difficult to target them;
in the wedge the tank is very vulnerable, the VLD then loses all its alignment and easily breaks through;
The NLD also penetrates, but it is rebound and depends on the angle of entry of the projectile.
The main thing when tanking with your body is to stand at an acute angle, if you turn it up a little, and not to climb “backward” onto the hills, lowering the VLD and thereby exposing it at a right angle.
Object 780 has a small mass of 49 tons, so ramming with classmates is strictly contraindicated for it. Specific power of 17.47 hp/t allows acceleration to 45 km/h. The indicators are not the best, but you can’t call it slow either. It can boast of the best stealth among its Soviet classmates due to its low silhouette. Review 410 is just the ultimate dream for advice, it's nonsense.

Что именно из экспериментального ставил ? Выживаемость понятно , а второе что ?
Тезка ты конечно безусловно более сильный игрок, чем я, но именно с 780 у тебя пошло что то не так - сильно уж он выбивается из твоей статистики в отрицательную сторону. Может дело в закалке и петушителе вместо компановки и хлебушка?
Выпал мне данный танчик из коробок. Скатал всего ничего 4 боя если быть точным. Средуха пока что 1800. НО! Прошу заметить, я играю ТОЛЬКО НА ББ. Равно как и на других танках. Голду презираю! Ибо и ББ снаряды пробивают.
Но вернёмся к машине. Бронирование весьма и весьма странное. Вроде бы есть, а вроде бы и нет. В командирский лючок ещё поди попробуй попади (перестреливался с таким же танком на карте Штиль, при полном сведении с примерно 250-300 метров не залетает).
От борта танк не танкует совершенно. Оппонент на Об. 277 мне без проблем закидывал ББшками (подчеркиваю именно ББ) в боковую щеку на корпусе, при острейшем угле (могу предоставить реплей).
По оборудованию у меня сборка следующая: Изменённая компоновка, Закалка и Досылатель. Так как танк очень критуемый.
В целом танк хороший, приятный по игре, но не идеальный.

Раскачен видосами блогеров нечего в нём не обычного танк второй линии прорыв сделать не может без компоновки горит постоянно да и 49 не разгоняет максималка 45 ито чтобы набрал нужно время.

дружище при всем моем уважении, я постояно тебя смотрю, и тут у меня появились вопросы а как у тебя не бой так у тебя все летит куда надо пробивает, ты попробывал бы сыграть в моем рандоме не то что дым из ушей пойдет там очко со стулом сгорает, на 257 на комулитивах у 7 уровня я уже не говорю про 10й у 7ки поевляется такая броня что с пробитием в 315 не пробил рикошет в борта не пробиваю, у тебя в люки тока так а тут при полном свидении в УПОР не попал ну или если повезло рикошет, где твои то-+ 25? почему у тебя всегда блять +100, а не как у всего мира -50, я вот смотрю и ахуеваю те леста походу накручивает + 10000, ибо обычные люди чаще всего пострадываю и причем нет переадисеки а посмтояно, ты по снимац обзоры на левом акаунте с НАШИМ рондомом
