Sorry to allude to league of legends but Urshifu reminds me of Kayn, Rapid stike is more for ambushing and assassinating single targets/carries while single strike is more frontline and better for teamfighting... much like the alternate forms of Kayn and Rhaast (rhaast=single, kayn=rapid)
