People used to drive all sorts of colors, and vehicles with options and without. If you want a car with a manual transmission, you could order it! I got a 5% interest rate. I now owe 6000 on that jeep and it is worth 30,000. Right now I still rent when I know others that own, but are in worse financial situations than myself. I have no credit card debt with almost $100,000 in available credit. My only loan is my auto loan which I am upside by a great amount. I can’t buy a house for 400,000 when I can simply look at the price history and see that it’s sold for half that before Covid. Guess most people do not have a problem becoming bag holders.
