- The scholarship is composed of a subsistence allowance of 1,400.00€/month to cover the student’s living costs, medical insurance and a materials allowance.
In addition, the Arqus Talent Scholarship will cover the tuition fee at the student’s entrance university.
The Arqus European University Alliance would also like to support students with fewer opportunities under this scholarship scheme by providing a special needs fund of 250€/month.

@@JonasAnnorYeboah I applied on the university of Padova on 01st May when the deadline was on 02nd yesterday but at the moment of the application process they wanted application fees which I didn't have at that very moment and to day is 03rd and as I check they say application fees payments one is given 72 hours from the start of the application process to be accepted my admission, so do I still have a chance to make payments so that they can consider my admission or am late already because later I received a notification that congratulations for receiving a place in their university

No Sir.
Just apply to the school first. And you apply for the scholarship. You must indicate your first choice school in the scholarship application and you also state the school you want to have the mobility as well.

There are 8 different schools and each of them have different requirements and program requirements, kindly check the school and course you prefer and check their requirements.
Most schools accepts duolingo so hopefully you should get your fit.
