Man Seb being a role model and father figure to his own idol’s son is just so wholesome. He really embraces that role. You just can’t hate Seb.
back when he was first at ferrari i used to think seb was a bit arrogant but tbf to the guy he's shown he's actually one of the nicest drivers in F1 over the last few years
I used to for like 10 years, because the German commentators were so unbelieveably biased towards him, I thought he was arrogant and I strongly dislike Ferrari, but in the past 4 years, he has basically not done a single thing that I thought wasn't pure class. I started paying attention to it when he just full on covered for Lewis in that 2018 Bahrain press conference, where the reporter was baiting a headline from Lewis confronting him to a comment he made in car. Great guy and I hope he stays on the grid longer, even if I said the opposite just 1-2 years ago

There were some reasons to hate him during his RedBull days, dominant competitors rarely live without hate, but since he joined Ferrari, it's basically impossible to not like the guy.

I believe that Seb's evident presence in Mick's life has given him so much confidence. Just the idea that there is someone on the grid that cares for you like family is reassuring. Can't imagine what he has been through and still going through. Such well mannered amazing kid.

Seb is the shining example of how you can be as a human being. Going into F1 he was young, brash and very much either you liked him or found him annoying. Now that he has aged a bit and is no longer the young kid on the block, Vettel is honestly such a down to earth person. You genuinely can't fault the man, he is exactly the sort of person we should all strive to be.

Max is the new Seb of 2010, the idgaf attitude that you either love or hate. maybe once max gets a bit older he will become a bit more like seb, though they are very different people right now.
If you have ever seen a long form interview with max he has one one goal right now, same with seb back in the early 2010s and that was to win at all costs, doesn't really care what people think about him and is just living in the moment.

That was a really enjoyable interview style, neither we’re getting put on the spot and since they’re friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed and nice. I hope Liberty Media does more interviews in this style, with the drivers just being relaxed. Like maybe a mashup of this, and something like Mclaren’s Unboxed.

Like so many others have said, it’s so nice to see such a great Role Model in Seb. I wasn’t a massive fan of his when he was younger and was brash / felt invincible in his Red Bull days. These days though, he is one of my favourite drivers, if not my favourite driver right now.. I’m a McLaren fan, but Seb still has that competitive spirit, whilst also being so chilled and funny! I always support Seb at every race and will him to do well!
