I cleared round 1 and also gave round 2 (solved 2 codes optimally). I got rejection mail after a week, but after 15 mins I got another mail stating that we would like to recall the previous mail. What does that mean? It's been over one and half month, but no update.

imagine one get selected in an MNC.... and in job if he / she is not able to perform well.. then will the be fired or will they be taught more?
Amazon puts such employee in PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) which is as good as firing.
Product based companies have 3 months period in which if you don't perform upto their level then they will fire you
Is it mandatory to complete BE for offcampus placement or we can apply during last year (BE).
