Just finished the game. I have to say that was probably the best hack n' slash of this generation. Fighting Samuel brought back memories of Vergil from the console days of yore. Wonderful story, great characters. This is worthy of a sequel after Kojima is done with Ground Zero's. Platinum, your gameplay made me laugh with glee as I leaped from UG to UG as I ascended a skyscraper. It made me shout a resounding YES when I finished the final boss. More please, I beseech you, more.
I can assure that the first time you go agaisnt Armstrong, you will take at least an hour (That was for me, I don't know aout other people), and when you finally do that last Zan-Datsu, it's like you finally freed yourself of SOP, Patriots, Nanomachines, FoxDIE, and you yell (Like you said) "YEEES" and then you can fall asleep deep and sound.
I agree with you on that and it would be very nice to have hand to hand combat as well if it is going to be a second one just to tweak the fighting and sword play together...MMA/sword combo moves maybe.
