Get your friend to choose the pregnant status. Then click on them, a menu will pop up saying baby bump, click that. Your friend will get a pop-up asking if their okay with that, they need to click accept. Now you're in their belly. They need to disable the pregnant status and now you're invisible! I found this out yesterday so it's not patched. (I think this is how it works btw, if not, reply to me on this.)
