Arun's team is really really skilled, like the greenscreen is practically seamless, the transitions are always top notch and the content never ceases to engage me. We all need to just take a moment and appreciate the amount of hard work and dedication that goes into every video. Phenomenal work as always!
I think its not actually green screen but a background all the effects 😃

I've used a sawstop before; it is really nice knowing that there is an extra layer of safety while working on different projects.
I know that I sound like someone who just writes nice things in the comments when I say this, but you are the only content creator whose videos make me genuinely excited to watch; you put so much effort into the quality of every part, including the visuals and audio, and it really makes a difference for those who engage with your content. I’m so happy that your channel is continuing to grow, and I can’t wait to see what you have in store for us in 2023.
Truth be told 💯
3:50 Saw stops in general are really, really an important investment that have been around for some time, actually. I always considered them a hazard to my table saw, an overly expensive gadget and was pretty annoyed my dad was so demanding that I have one - until I had a piece of wood that had gotten a little damp caught really awkwardly, got my hand pushed forward and I really, really don't want to know how much worse then a light scratch and a massive scare I'd have ended up with

Fun fact: The first Foundation base isolation system was used by "Mimar Sinan", a Turkish architect, around 400 years earlier than Frank Lyond Wright. This system can be seen in the mosques that he has built, which allowed these mosques to still be standing in a high earthquake-risk area like Istanbul. But most of the buildings in Turkey don't use this system (cuz its expensive).

I'm into wood working and when I share about how amazing SawStop is it blows the minds of those I show their demonstration videos of what the company calls an 'activation.' Just the fact it can save your fingers is massive. When take away fatalities the number of amputations caused by table saws is horrifying.

4:16 they really should use this concept for their advertising. Killer is chasing down a a victim and puts them on a saw table with a conveyor. Then the killer left the victim for dead but suddenly heard a loud thud, turns around, and saw the the victim getting up and starts running again.

i’m extremely surprised you didn’t mention the AED, i’m not sure they’re in other parts of the world but they’re extremely common in Australia and they have saved countless lives
12:17 Question, can't the criminals the land mines are targeting use this too?
i'll blow up into smithereens and something something something city street something something so let me play my violin for you.
Militaries have much more advanced mine clearing so this does mainly benefit civilians
Why do I feel like more rich DBZ fans will buy those tsunami survival capsules (to have them repainted into Saiyan Pods) than people actually worried about surviving tsunamis?
Great video as always. Informative and entertaining. But if you're not wearing #19 and yet find yourself trapped in a car, whether sinking or otherwise, you can pull out any of the headrest and use the two metal rods from the headrest to smash any of the windows/windscreen to climb out of the car. It's actually designed with that in mind. That's why the ends of the two rods are pointed.
If someone points it at you, just jump and lift your arms? Lol 9:55

I was just one year old. Can't remember anything that happened that day. But it's one of the biggest recorded natural disasters here in Sri Lanka. Every year the whole country hold a moment of silence on the 26th of December in honour of the lost lives.
8:50 When I was younger, I had an idea like this. Cool to see it's real now
"Japan has close to 1,500 earthquakes in a year"
New Zealand with 20,000 in a year: "Pathetic."
Those firefighting inventions are genious I can imagine seeing fighter fighters carrying those firefighting grenades in like 2024 or 2025 just more modern.
9:04 lmfao, when I was a kid I told my parents and friends about that idea similar to the one in the video, and my friends thought I was dumb, and my parents told me that the idea was also really stupid, now it exists😢

@Ralphomatic Wood what do you mean?
Welp its now youre opportunity to do with that information
That kevlar cable would help to strangle a fake taxi driver who is trying to kidnap you and that bracelet would help you to escape. Really useful stuff in places where I live.
i went to Ibiza in 1995 & it was late at night i got into a Taxi & instead of taking me to my hotel he drove into the hills & he got out knocked on the door to a large mansion then 2 guy came out & started walking towards the Taxi & i escaped into the woods it took me hours to get back to the hotel, so yer these gadgets would come in handy
the rollers for the side of the highway used to prevent rollovers on the road is great. There is a similar idea but the rollers are windmills that generate electricity from wind I must wonder if the 2 could be combined protecting people from accidents and saving the planet with green energy
The way you present each of your videos truly deserves appreciation
The trick is to keep moving here and there all through the video.. the viewers eyes keep playing catch up like and action scene.. observe even the body parts.. thank me later 😏😏

Former EOD-officer here.
The drones sound cool, but I have my doubts that they work the way they advitise them.
1. they ONLY used a metal detector, which is neat for many mines, but a lot of countries which used mines realised that and changed how they are constructed makeing metal mine detection VERY VERY hard, not impossible but hard.
2. identifying "high risk" areas can't be done by air alone, which means that while haveing an areal view of your landscape is usefull it only adds something doesn't eliminate all the detective work prior. You neet hydronimic maps, erosion maps, old mine maps and firstly identify areas which potentially hold mines at all. All that can't be done with a drone, and needs work prior to useage of it.
AI can realy help with that however.
3. detonateing each mine just by itself is a slow process, which works for civilian UXO clearing and clearing of non saturated areas, but is not realy usefull in clearing fields.
4. detonateing mines by air does pose a risk in itself - because you could detonate your charge without actually setting off the mine itself, which only means you now have thrown a mine which has it's detonator maybe even damaged somewhere you did not anticipated.
5. Haveing seen the video of the guys promoteing the drones, they admitt that they use AI to identify mines, which poses the issue of mines which are obscured by debris and dug in.
Which causes a huge HUGE issue for the work I did, planning demineing operations, as this type of identification can give a false sense of security if dug in mines and obscured mines are not detected by the AI - leaveing me to use old trusted methods of dogs, clearing vehicles, clearing explsoives and manual detection again, not haveing helped in the process.
I say however what they seemingly are very good at is identifying duds, old caches and open laying explosives, markeing them and eliminateing them.
Unforuntatly for most of the areas where mines are a huge issue to the population (appart from warzones), they are left overs from old conflicts, often beeing washed, eroded away and often underneath a layer of earth.
So my innital (realy innital) thought on the system is neat, has it's application, but is not the revolutionary method it's made sound to be and like all methods is "only" one cog in the machinery.
And like all new technology it needs it's kinks ironed out and find it's role within the field, which I'm optimistic that it will aid, yet not revolunionise.
Now take all I sadi with a grain of salt, as the demineing operations I did were either on a military scale, where createing a path was more improtant than totaly clearing an area and/or single IED/UXOs, haveing little (only theoretical knowlage rather than frist hand experience) with civilian mineclearing operations after a conflict.
You know, I'm something of a medical student myself.
Yep, you know… makes sense
This is one of the channels or probably the only tech channel that doesn't only post review of new tech products but also cares so much about the safety and well-being of the viewers..... Keep up the good work arun❤️
