That first one. I’m studying to be a lawyer and studied the bill of rights intensely. He was in the right. According to the 4th amendment he was able to deny a search (unless there was a probable cause but that video didn’t have one) and he didn’t have to show his id
if there was probable cause, the cop wouldn't ask. He would say "Move over, I need to search your room."
If they ask, it's because they need your permission.

Some of these videos exposed some bad cops, but a lot of these videos are just citizens being tyrants to law enforcement. Policemen and women have a difficult job as it is without having to put up with some of the crap I watched in these videos.
The cops did not have to approach people in a tough guy manner.
Also, most if not all of those cops didn't even know the laws, and also a few of them blatantly lied about the laws to get what they wanted.

Perhaps I'm a little confused, can anybody tell me why it's a lawsuit once a police officer tells you if you don't show I.D. you'll be arrested? This is important as most every interaction with law enforcement they believe they can do anything especially blviolate your rights.

I am not giving infallibility to the Supreme Court as well, but applying it in a pragmatic sense. Idealistically, the system must change, but currently, there are laws, reasons to be an activist against some laws, and how the laws are interpreted. The interpretation is the problem, laws should be concise but in Common Law, they’re very vague.
