She looked poor herself. She needs to wear a professional suit or dress with appropriate shoes and accessories to show the building and apartments. Her speech should be welcoming and knowledgeable about the building and apartments so the clients would want to buy or lease the building.
I don't understand why she thought she was dressed so much better than him. They were actually similarly dressed in jeans, a button-up shirt, and sandals. If he looked poor, so did she.

You have no Idea what’s going on around this world! Since I have been on vacation in my mother land the crimes that have been committed including poisoning ,shooting ,stabbing etc
It wasn’t that bad years ago but it is extremely bad the last few years with all the immigrants coming to get a new life ( a big amount of those crimes have to do with them and don’t take me wrong I sympathise with the poor people who leave behind their family and land)
