There are more than one billion person living in India . Most of Indians have chosen to dwell in villages .Farming and ranching are the principal economic activity for the indian villagers especially cattle breeding because of its several benefits on the population .

summary is to summarise but paraphrasing is to paraphrase it means to rewrite a sentence on a different way with a different synonyms ,actualy summarising is much easier than paraphrasing

I said use your own words and that is what we have to use, but sometimes you can keep a word or two of the original text if you find it hard to find their synonyms.
