    Hi Deborah!
The is a really neat use of selvages. I love your fish quilt! Also, great camera work! (I met you at the expo last weekend.) Thanks for your channel - lots of helpful tips.😊

Hi there, neighbor! Thanks for watching! The expo was fun. I really enjoyed sharing my love of sewing with so many generations! Thanks for the compliment on the camera work. That is my husband's job. He makes me look good! LOL ~Deborah

Have you ever made a quilt jacket from these salvage fabrics? I’d like to make one but I want it to fit! I’m not tall and skinny like you I’m short and thick, even my arms are right in store bought jackets…

I have this one on my list to do, for sure. I have the pattern picked out, but have not had the time to cut it out yet. I am working on a denim and selvedge fabric bag right now and love the combination of the two fabrics, so my jacket may end up being something combining those two fabrics. I would suggest that you make a muslin tester first to make sure the jacket pattern you have in mind will fit before using the fabrics you made from selvedge. Other than that, Go For It! ~Deborah
