Interesting story that I can heavily relate with. I currently have a Ken Choi in my career life, he earns a little over 33 Million Ksh a year but when you see him mingling with the rest of us, you’d be amazed. He Absorbs all the drama for his people, pays us a pretty penny and gives us room to breathe just as long as we deliver when it’s time to go. He took a chance on this African and I never dissapointed, now everytime I think of upgrading to something else I wanna cry. I am currently home taking care of my baby wondering what to do, leave or stay. God bless all Ken Chois, they really show us a different side to humanity, that you can be great to people and still win big in life.

Concerning the aircraft crush of Asiana airlines,
I feel in every field ,leadership should not be confused with authority .
Authority is assigned while leadership is acquired and it suggests a voluntary following.
When we come to aviation an ideal cockpit is synergystic , but for Asiana it was more of an autocratic cockpit, which is a tensed cockpit .
The junior pilot's not having the freedom to be vocal really played a huge part in that crush.
