In NS200 I can Ride 1000km continuously without a back pain only pain I feel is in my ass after sitting quite long handling posture is good as Im experienced for quite a long BTW Im 6.2ft height 😂
The reason you don't have back pain is because you're quite a bit taller than me, therefore your arms have much more reach than mine which results in an upright posture, I'm 5'9 so I have to bend a bit forwards to reach the handle as compared to you. Not everyone experiences the same posture on a bike.
My action camera's mic is terrible it doesn't record sound well at all. Being a monsoon ride an external mic would get wet and possibly get damaged as well. In addition to this a 6+ hour continuous audio recording would unnecessarily deplete my phone's battery which I required for more essential tasks such as navigation and live location sharing. Therefore recording audio for the whole ride wasn't an option. I hope you understand 🙏
