What becomes a problem with these fighters WHO DON'T BOX...... THEIR use to raw fighting. Not protected fighting. . They end up spending more time focusing in defense mode to not get hit .... And ends up not throwing punches cuz the protect yourself from getting punched.... Takes over.

@johnparham1452 Perry fights at 170lbs normally. Jake Paul more around 200lbs+. And most fighters add 20lbs overnight just by hydrating. There's a big difference between fighting at your natural weight and having to put on 30lbs to reach that weight.
No-one who knows combat sports is going to have any respect for Jake Paul until he fights someone his own size in his own sport. There's also a massive difference between mma, bareknuckle and boxing. Just because they all train in boxing, doesn't mean they're all professional boxers.

Boxing gloves has more power behind it than just your fists.
I'm a boxer train at a world class gym, boxing gloves aren't made to protect your face, they are made to throw hard explosive punches and for it to protect your wrist and hand, the hand wraps keep your bones in place, so as a boxer your able to throw hard punches and not mess up your hands like you would bare knuckle, boxing gloves aren't pillows, how it feels getting hit imagine getting hit by a boxing glove that feels like a cast, after all the wraps the tape, ect. The only things gloves save you from are cuts, but the blunt of the punch feels the same because your brain needs to shake and hit the inside of your head for you to get concussed or KO'd, the difference is trained boxers will always hit harder than mma fighters, gloves or not.

I would really like to see Jake fight a boxer, his weight and age. There was a huge weight difference fight night. It would also be better to fight actual boxers. Bare knuckle boxing is a different sport. Jake has got skills why not test them. I don't think he would have the same level of success in mma or bare knuckle boxing. Skill, age, and weight matter.
