That is a lot of work....salute to you sis. I mostly make overnight oats for kids and put it in the fridge and my kids eat by themselves cause I start work at 4am every morning and for lunch I pay the school café so they can eat hot food.

Curry leaf plant is easily available in Bombay in almost all nursery you should plant one in a pot and use fresh ones from your tree they really last long and fresh curry leaf lasted better you could also plant basil rosemary and thyme they don’t take much space you can plant all 3 in 1 pot.
