dood, i totally struggle with body position, great video. and i cant believe you are pulling front flips with a busted body. damn bro.
Your tutorials have helped me quite a bit learned how to do a 360, tried to do the jumps still struggling, bounce my head off the jump and it wasn't even that high 😂😂 I think it's still a fear factor and my mechanics once I hit the jump but overall I'll keep going at it Thanks brah..
Oh damn, our boy got a new jacket!
i know it is kinda randomly asking but do anyone know a good website to watch new movies online?
@Alonso Ibrahim try flixzone. Just search on google for it :)
@Edward Brody definitely, I have been watching on flixzone for months myself :D
@Edward Brody thank you, I signed up and it seems like a nice service =) I really appreciate it !!
@Alonso Ibrahim Happy to help :)
Yeeeewwwww 🤙 tommie. Dood. Your videos cure the crushing weight of 0 days on snow me and most of europe have had this season. Keeping us all stoked 👌
This year im looking at (re)improving my snowboarding! Back in the day I was pretty good, got the carving thing down and all, but i have probably ridden one week a year in the last 6 out of 10 seasons (im 47 and in Australia FYI;) and the last few times i felt my riding was getting worse. So this year Im doing a full 7 day week and I hope to get some of the ability back. I do realise that im a little less agile than before, so i wont be trying anything crazy... (I am actually looking forward to hitting your videos while im riding the chairlift) so at my age i guess its a good start to get into the pre season prep (leg strengthening, back/leg stretching) and when it comes to riding, making sure i stay safe and uninjured (damn i actually SOUND old too!).
Anyway, this vid is awesome, thanks for all the advice!
Amazing approach to teaching brother🤜🏽🤛🏽 stoked I found your channel🙏🏽
Just picked a fresh 686 jacket myself. Love their stuff. Keep up the great videos.
Looking good Tommie. Love the 686 kit. Cant wait to get on the hill and shred again.
Mah dood! Lesss go!! Another juicy snowboard tutorial!
Hit my first jumps. More like rollers, but still getting some air. First season too thanks to content creators like you
All great tips of how to process fast! Can’t agree anymore!
Re-watching it can't get enough of this
Start on traditional camber if you want to progress quick.
Yewwwwww a fresh Tommie B upload, this is just what I needed on this Good Friday. That jacket looks great
Aaaaand the gear is lookin sharp for the next season. I got a 686 jacket and im stoopid happy with it. Im def gunna get more of their gear
It's very good but I've always gotta keep an eye out as I can only buy when on sale. The stuff from a season or two ago is usually just as good as the new stuff
what a wise sensei video! you speak my language - very helpful
nice one dude,good tips 👍
Thanks for the help
Yo, sick video!!!!! Watched this a few times! Dope jacket!!!!!!
686 some of the best clothing on earth easily. Had my pants for like 12 years now still going strong. Just ripped a lil pocket seam but I patched it. 👍👍👍🍻 Got some of those everyday pants or whatever too. Superrrrr awesome
Dude you're awesome and I'm learning so much. Do you think you could cover late season boarding or how to handle large patches of ice. I hit a groomer run this weekend that iced over during the night, that was pure ice in the morning and didn't realize it - didn't know how to handle it, slipped and turtled backwards headfirst for about 1000 ft down the run. Was lucky to not get hurt beyond some road rash, but I'd prefer not to repeat that.
Nice tips... Sick new outfit!! 🤙🏻
Good stuff on gettin that 686 sponsor
Love the kit and love my 686 jacket! The Eclipse jacket is perfect for a Sasquatch like me (6’7”) the sleeves and body are actually long enough which rocks. Thanks for the coaching! Will Killing it logo stickers in white be restocked?
I got 24 hours until Jackson hole. As a newbie snowboarder im taking notes.
Awesome video, per usual! How do you progress / sustain progression during the off-season?? Your videos have helped me so much get back into riding this season, so thank you.
workout with intension. check out mobility duo for snowboard specific exercises. (not me, they're just awesome)
in my first week of snowboarding i was able to ride nearly everythink. I was traying as much as possible, than i fall down, stand up and try again. on the last day i was able to ride smooth
Mr Bennett is a guru!!!!!
Nice
the 360 in one day from piste to medium kickers sounds a bit too fantastic for me.. but some have luck and intuitition. Normally you step up from half flat spinned or butter 360 to low speed small kicker with many fails until you are mature enough for medium size... even 180 are mostly on learning plan before 360. sometimes crashes on the learning path are absolutely neccessary ... to build up muscle memory and teaching us how to get away with less impact.. plus some healthy modesty.
The One Day Per Trick is mostly a pipe dream
Dope fit! Where's the link for the 686 discount ?
Awww season just ended, wish had this video a bit earlier T.T
Still striving to learn that Aha moment of "Oh! That's how I do it....." with urban on rails. 🤔🤷🏻♂️
Being 55 and still getting wrecked ain't no fun. 🤕🤕🤕
nice choice of tunage my guy
I broke my elbow last 3 days ago any tips on how to land safely and can I still go back to snowboarding? :(
white jacket Tommie isn't real and can't hurt you
💥👍💥
Do you have, or could you make a video about a beginner trying on an aggressive board? I`m a beginner and would like to get a board I can grow in to, and not grow out of. But I wonder how much I will struggle on a intermediate/pro board like f.eks Custom X. A video of an actual beginner trying a board like that would tell me more than a pro just telling me that a board like that is to hard.
I learned on a Forum Devun Walsh 159MW man-camber board. That kind of board makes learning carves easy and riding on ice pretty easy...but you will occasionally slam hard and get hurt...so it's a toss up imo. Why not get something in the middle and easy for spring slush and ice like a coda rocker? (I own and ride that board too and it's really fun). Whatever you get put enough binding on it and get boots fitted to your foot. The boots will mater MORE than bindings or board! Ride Fuse is an excellent all around boot...if it fits your foot. Shift your focus and go boot shopping first. Also - just buy stuff in the spring and summer when it's cheaper and acquire your quiver over time that way. HTH
I wish you could see who downvotes videos like this. Just why!? 🙄🙄 does the grinch have a youtube account? Can't really think of anyone else who hates things just for being awesome.
thank you
Your Trivia question A Pyramid is 146.7 meters high Length 230.34 m and volume 2,563,283 cubic meters.... Let's go
It more depends on the pyramid in question. The formula for the volume of a pyramid is (base)*(height)/3, but the height and the base can vary pretty significantly. For example, the Transamerica Pyramid Building in San Francisco is a lot taller relative to its base than the Egyptian pyramids, Aztec pyramids, and even the Luxor or Bass Pro pyramids.
I want to learn the trick in 1:04
Tommy, how can I get some coaching from you on freestyle next season? Please let me know. I want to start learning a lot more freestyle. I’ll probably be your oldest student too LOL
Gotta go on premiersnowboardacademy website he has it in his description
@@va4114 thanks!
I think it's much easier to judge your body position when you have your jacket zipped up.
What snowboard you're riding, camber, rocker....?
white is not the best color for snowboarding😭
