I love the tips you suggest. What helped with my hair fall control are potato juice, Apple cider vinegar mixed with water application post wash, eggmask, littllextraa cocoonionn shampoo and hair oil set, green tea. All of these methods and now I no longer experience hair fall anymore.

Some things that work to reduce hairfall:
1) Try to decrease stress may be by engaging in meditation, deep breathing exercises, relaxed walk, spending quality time with your colleagues, and other similar methods.
2) Reduce sugar consumption.
3) Adopt a gluten-free diet and limit consumption of wheat.
4) Attempt to reduce the chances of having acidity or pitta dosha, which is a primary contributor of hairfall and various other problems.
5) Apply coconut and onion oil and gently massage it on your hair and scalp couple of times a week. I use liitlextra coconion anti hairfall kit.
6) Please put into practice the above recommendations instead of merely researching.
