Pull Apart Two Phone Books Easily? Friction Says No! 🚫

When interleaving the pages of two phone books or post it notes, a very strong friction force is generated that makes it almost impossible to pull them apart.
This demonstration commonly called "Phone Book Friction" was presented by Dr. Dawson Nodurft (left) and Leo Garza (right) from the department of Physics & Astronomy at @tamu.
