  • Today we're spending some quality time in the kitchen and doing some weekly meal prep! I had so much fun making all of this yummy food and it's been so satisfying and rewarding to have our fridge stocked with so much goodness for the week! I hope this vlog gives you some ideas for easy, delicious, and nutritious recipes to try. 🤍

    THE RECIPES:
    • white chicken chili - rb.gy/9ayxfc

    • chia pudding -
    1/2 cup chia seeds
    1 can coconut milk
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp maple syrup
    Mix well together in a bowl and set in fridge until the chia has absorbed the liquid. Then you can layer it with strawberry preserves and fruit in a jar and enjoy!
    makes 2-4 servings
    • energy bites -
    1 cup oats
    10 medjool dates
    10 apricots
    1 tbsp maple syrup
    2 tbsp peanut butter
    1/2 cup chocolate chips
    2 tsp vanilla
    pinch of salt
    Combine everything except the chocolate chips in a food processor until it reaches a consistency where you can form it into a ball. If it's too dry you can add more maple syrup, or peanut butter. Roll into bite sized balls and place in fridge.

    sumo mandarins
    golden kiwis
    honey crisp apple
    blueberries
    raspberries
    ripe mango
    freshly squeezed lime juice
    Chop fruit, squeeze lime over it, and mix mix mix! :)

    I love these homey vlogs too, I think it's the mix that makes it 😊. I'm always interested in new recipes and yes, I will definitely try the pickled onions and the Salad from your last vlog. Now I'm hungry after watching 😅 And yes, I think I would have the same thoughts about the raw chicken when cooking 😂.

    Girl, I was shocked because I make so many of these recipes for my meal preps too!! Chia seed pudding is awesome because you can customize the recipe to your liking, and its so versatile - you can make different recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dessert. Also, you can totally use regular chicken breast to make crockpot White Chicken Chili. I recommend it over bone-in thighs, cause once its cooked you can shred it all in the pot and it freezes well too. I love these types of meal prep recipe videos 🙂

      Aw I love that!! So I realized after the fact that the recipe actually calls for boneless skinless chicken thighs but I didn’t even think I just grabbed the first chicken thighs I saw 😂 definitely could have saved a lot of time for myself but we live and we learn haha! Also good idea to freeze! I may need to make a double batch next time so I can freeze some!

    thank you for this vlog, I really enjoyed it. Im gonna make the chia seeds pudding tomorrow but everything looks so yummy. I make the white chilli chicken exactly the same but I add to it cream cheese and have it with cornbread, yum! love from the uk

    Yes girl… when I cook chicken, I wash my hands 20 times. I definitely wouldn’t have touched the salt 🤣

      Hahaha I know I instantly regretted touching the salt. Had to scrub it in the sink 😭

    If you sharpen your knife your eyes won’t water when cutting onions! I just got new knives and I threw my onion goggles away lol
