As a Morde player, this video inspired me to play him again! Rift + liandrys is such a strong combo! I'd love to see a Trundle Top game if you'd be down to try it out

This season feels super unbalanced as a whole it's a little insane. One person is usually capable of carrying a game. I play a ton of ezreal and if get around 8 kills you become an unstoppable monster, one shot squishies and out maneuver tanks.
Ive started playing ezreal but new season confuses me, how do you itemise for ezreal?
@@shubh4633 Basically ability haste spam. So trinity, spear, cd boots. Seryldas is pretty broken rn even without other lethality items.
It's unbalanced because it just started. Stuff will get nerfed
I mean, just last pre season when we got Goredrinker and Heartsteel, these two items were so fucking broken its insane.
If you want to get super out of control its essence reaver into collector then navori, but its only really good if you are fed into squishies. After that you can build lifesteal like bloodthirster or shieldbow for survivability.@@shubh4633

There are two curses that come with being a morde player. Being caught out by 3 or 4 people without ult because you thought you had it, and dying with one second left on your w cooldown. I swear they happen every game man. Also I played a game with rocket belt and it felt fantastic. Since it gives health now its perfect for this kind of build.
1 second on W i feel that so goddamn much. especially because the cd is close to the duration of death realm, if you use it in there, there usually ends up being 1-2 seconds without it up once you're out, and whoever's waiting for you is piling on the damage during that time
Ok this is a crazy build but you should try Collector and Stormsurge on MF. Just thought of this build and it’s pretty interesting especially with her ult
Cinders provide more value than you think. 5 ability haste is worth 250g. You need about 15 cinders for that. So you get stats worth 250g/15 ~ 17g for picking up one. That's the value of a caster minion.

Ive been doing rylias scepter into heartsteel into riftmaker and it just been feeling amazing on mord and been having alot of fun
this fr! i honestly don't think liandrys is optimal first 3 items anymore, with the loss of the old boost it got with rylais & riftmaker filling the ramping damage role. conq, rylai's, heartsteel, rift, and then more tank is peak raid boss morde imo
Wouldn't you want to get heartsteel first so you can start stacking asap?
@@gapplebees9295 I used to do that but I find the DMG increase and slow/sticking power of rylias to good to pass up and a better power spike allowing to get your second I'm way faster
@@gapplebees9295 heartsteel stacks scale with bonus health, so it's okay to build it second or even third as long as your other items have health as well. building it first feels awful most of the time - it's JUST health, in a game where max health damage is extremely accessible
So now we know how to kidnap a Zwag: just make a trail of candy and he'll follow it wherever it leads :D

It might be all in my head but since new season I’ve had soo much trouble against Mordekaisers even when I didn’t before.
Been playing Swain now with conq. Basically mord build but go for unending despair 4th item. Super fun and kinda broken.
Now I'm more proud of myself after totally fckin up a Morde with Sion yesterday
Every video title is like: Morde op, Zed Busted, Teemo god or whatever and behind the scenes zwags plays 10+ games to get that one which is just perfect :D

Morde E passive gives you 15% magic pen so you do have some even without Void.
You should try MordeKaiser jungle

Add Jaqsho to this setup and Morde becomes rift raidbos you can also add rocket belt for added mobility because it applies ryali slow. No counterplay

Just played a mord game in the new patch and holy shit he's a steamroller.
I mean any half good matchup he was always the train in the trolley problem, but the patch supercharged the steamroller
Part of it was probably that Jg/Mid were also ahead, the ashe sup was trolling but overall sion is just incredibly weak compared to last season. I don't think Sion really builds hullbreaker anymore, so the inting sion just is nerfed incredibly hard, usually rushing sunfire first which isn't that great into mord anyway (and this one going FON for a mord+cass instead of rookern which is just a far superior MR item especially with unending despair.
All that said, Mord is definitely stronger than last season and even with rookern as a good counter to AP tops, champs like singed and mord that can go rift+liandrys are just steamrolling lanes, even AP teemo is too strong atm. I've been holding off on ranked not only as a Garen OTP (and garen getting the 2nd hardest nerf for top champs after illaoi, he needs some serious item reworks to be even playable atm) but also because ADC tops and champs like kayle, singed, morde, and teemo are just steamrolling lane so playing anything other than those 4 just means you're going to have a bad time. I first timed singed this season and went 8/3 in lane, first timed mord for a long while and went 12/3 into sion.
Bot lane is probably just as busted atm, whoever picks MF practically wins every time but even supports are doing really well to start the season off. Mid/Jg seems to have gotten the short end of the stick, partially due to Jg changes and people having to relearn Jg, but mid is still a whole lot easier to gank at least than top..
Rylai's rush into Jak Sho and Demonic, then full tank still feels better imo

first they gave Ivern unique passive to share buffs to every one and now infreno drake give every one bard passive.
I would have went Jak'Sho's and Sunfire for the last two items

mord becomes an absolute demon at 5s of combat with jaksho riftmaker, he gets extra resistances and omnivamp and its just impossible to fight

I play morde with a unending despair/ hollow radiance / riftmaker/ heartsteel and then it depends what you want or play against but I go HP and lyndries gives mana 🤔. But it was weird at first and some champs seem to be broken now.
i like rylais, heartsteel, rift, and then whatever tank items feel right (jaksho into unending gets silly)

I think Mordekaiser needs some more buffs, his passive should deal 20% of his max health damage per second, and his W should get 100% of total damage taken + 50% total damage dealt + 25% of his max health shield which should last at least 10 sec. And if he can kill his target inside his ult he should immediately restore his full health and can recast his ult again. THEN WE CAN SAY MORDEKAISER IS BALANCED.

Secondary runes: Manaflow, Gathering Storm OR Presence of mind, Last stand.
Extra facts:
You want Archangel's first, because Cass is so mana hungry.
Gauntlet might work, because with E you'll proc it often.
Heartsteel will easily proc because you're ranged and fast. For the same reason Rylai's will be excellent for kiting, just like bruiser Ashe.
Spirit Visage synergizes with your E healing and shielding granted by Seraph's and Gargoyle. Extra points for building all three!

The balance to Mordekaiser is Jax. I played Jax into Morde the other day and I'm surprised the police aren't kicking down my door for what I did to that man.
Olaf and Volibear also destroy him. This is just a really poor match up for Sion.
i played mordekaiser into jax today, (emerald elo) and i won it like a breeze.
