- My new Fully Waterproof Bag to use in my Brompton Handlebar Stem.
It is not specific to Brompton, originally it is a saddlebag.
But it fit perfectly on the Brompton handlebars stem.
And the best part is, it fits perfectly when the Brompton is folded.

I like this rack because is lighter and much smaller them Bromptons original rack.
The handlebars grip are more comfortable tham originals Brompton Grips. Really like them.

I prefer water bottles, but it is a metter of preference. 😊👍🏻

The backpack gets my showers discomfort and my back gets hot, so I prefer bottles.
But if you are use to them, use it and some day try the bottles 😁👍🏻

I like the new bag. I could use something like that for carrying water. Now carry a water bottle in my basket bag but it's hard to reach it while riding.
Does having the new bag on the handle bars interfere with the fold?
Interesting. I'm curious what Chris answers. I have a much simpler BTWIN handlebar bag (that was like £3 at decathlon), and technically it doesn't interfere, because it ends up on the outside of the folded bag. However, if there is a water bottle in there, or a phone, or something very tiny and precious, you wouldn't want to risk having it fall out. Also, I find that it does interfere a bit with the "speed" of the fold; sometimes, you have to "help" it along, instead of having it fall and snap.

It does not interfere with the Folding.
But if the water bottles are full, is better to follow (hold) them when Folding.
The other consequence is if you do not have the EasyWheel extension, it will be unstable to push your Brompton when the water bottles are full.

My daily use bag is from Decathlon. I use the frame bag as a Handlebar bag.
And like you sad, it does not interfere with the folding. But it is good to give a little help 😊
