Hi Rufy! Your meal looks yummy! Did you use Turkey, beef or chicken sausage? I’ve been shopping around for non-porky friendly sausage so I can make some of my loved ones who don’t eat pork good old chicken and sausage gumbo.
So far, Hillshire Farms smoked beef sausage is what I’ve used.
It drives me nuts when I find non-pork meat sausage in pork casing…
