North Clermont is our spot…someday!!!! It’s closer to Disney than where we are in NJ. 😁 The lifestyle in North Clermont suits our lifestyle for sure. Thank you for a great video. A family obligation is the only thing holding us back.. few years yet…..
When the time is right you will absolutely fall in love with this charming lake town. Disney in your backyard is an amazing perk. Prepare for a lot of visitors lol
We got to visit Clermont twice in the last couple of years. North Clermont, especially, is similar to our area in Monmouth County, NJ. The hills and beautiful northern-like trees and landscapes felt like home. We are a few years away from making a move, but Clermont will be high on the list.

Many Homes being built on Hwy 27 in Miniola 1000's getting too crowed actually
I live in the south and love it. North Clermont use to be better . But now overcrowded

You skipped the great 55 plus communities in north Clermont.
Both are beautiful, but north wins.
You didn’t mention the costs of the HOA’s!
Is Olympus going to be a whole community with houses and everything?
The Olympus project will have a city center and housing developments surrounding it. Ridgeview which is currently selling is part of that area. Other builders will follow.
@@TheFloridaAgents In your opinion what’s a more preferred area with a brighter future for someone that may relocate in a couple years… the Olympus/Wellness Way area or Sunbridge out near Lake Nona?
@@donjuan914 Those are two very different areas. Lake Nona and Clermont are very desirable for different reasons. Saint Cloud is poplar being next to Lake Nona and close to airport. Clermont very desirable due to its rolling hills, lakes and a beautiful lake town.
How close are the sink holes?
