Best description so far. We learned so much and nobody else had a video presentation as informative.
Thanks for watching!
MD is great 👍. Traffic isn’t horrible compared to other states I’ve been to
Great video, very informative.
This is a great video! Sooo detailed! I'm looking forward to visiting!
Thanks for watching!
If you want a high cost of living, try living in Massachusetts 😂😂😂 Every time I come to Maryland I can’t believe how cheap everything is. It’s ALL relative!
I’ve heard it’s crazy expensive up there. Hard to believe, haha!
agreed! everything is relative but MD is not on any extreme ends
Awesome and super informative!
Thanks for watching!!
@@livinginmaryland7837 thank you for posting! I’m actually from Maryland but I’m a new MD Realtor looking for ways to describe the area to new out-of-state clients… I’m just not good at describing the area since it’s all I know haha - nothing to compare it to… this was tremendously helpful! Even learned some new things and I’ve been here 31 years! So grateful!
Thank u sir
Maryland has a beautiful flag.
The cost of living in MD is the same as FL. (Miami-Broward).
Con - Baltimore City
I live in Baltimore City. I feel safe. I have never had any problems. I love my city!
Love the video. I heard you used to live in Southern California. Can you do comparing video between Maryland vs California. I used to live in Maryland since 1997 until 10 years ago I moved to Los Angeles because of my job. Since now a day, I can do remote work(WFH), I am looking to move back. Mainly for financial reason. CA is expensive. I want to know if it's worth it moving back to Maryland. Thanks
Thanks for watching! That is on my list to do :)
Elliott City and Frederick you should look into. Lots of trails for hiking and great restaurants.
Haven't watched this fully yet but I also moved from Southern California recently to Montgomery County. Would love to chat if you have time
Awesome! welcome to MD. sure. here is my cell. 410.428.5216
Sorry if I sound ignorant but are some houses in the Columbia/ Ellicott area not allowed to fence in their yards, Im moving out of NYC and I see this is common in other states, ive never seen this as the houses in nyc are almost always fenced in, is this something that can be negotiated or how does that work? I own a large dog and I wouldn't want to inconvenience neighbors if I want my dog to run around in a yard, id rather it be fenced, Thank YOU! Your videos are super informative
Thanks for watching! Columbia is much more strict than Ellicott City. Columbia has a city tax often called CA or CPRA. I have a couple columbia videos where I explain it in more detail. But in addition to it being a city tax it also acts as an HOA and has guidelines on what is and is not allowed on all exterior modifications, such as fencing. I haven't heard that people can't do fencing, I just highly suggest you go thru the proper approval channels to ensure they don't come back on you later and say it's not within their approval guidelines. This would go for any community with an HOA. If there is not HOA than you don't have anything to worry about. To be extra safe I would make sure the company you hire is aware of any county restrictions, but normally at the county level they are not super strict. Let me know if you ever need anything at all. I also live in Ellicott City so I'm pretty familiar with it and all the surrounding areas :)
I'm from Columbia area and most people have fenced in yards and yes HOAs are strict
I live in Maryland now, and I'm only 20 and it's very expensive but my parents helped me build a 9,000 Square foot home and buy 4 cars and I moved out from NYC
May I ask you if you have an idea about prince George County?

however no I'm not vary familiar with much of that area that and it was weirdly refreshing not being in the city i do love the information you give though its helped a ton thanks
Maryland would be better without Baltimore, there is a High cost of living in state but I don't know about medical assistance if is good or bad?
You didn’t mention about the crime rate?
I think your info about the state income tax is not accurate. It's not flat and my effective rate is below 5%
In California is offensive to raise American Flag. Here we proudly raise IslamState Flag or Gay flag
Why don't u go back to ur Islamic state
