Its a nice but I've seen homes like this before but they are not well kept, I guess maintaining them is a pain in the butt. Esp with your hot, humid weather you better spray up chems to kill off termites.

This house is not brand new. I spoke with broker and its been used as a rental home. I wouldn't buy a secondhand house with a 150m brand-new price. I knew this because i was going to buy this house cash then and there. The owner is boasting he doesn't need the money that he is very rich. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying this house by this price. I lost interest in buying this house. Oh! the last thing i should tell you guys is that the owner of the house is very wise.
