I’m sorry to swifties who find this album boring, but as an evermore stan (+folklore too ofc). I won, we won. I’d like to think this is the trilogy completion to the folkevermore with a touch of midnights 🤎🩶💙
For 'So Long London" I feel it is important that it stays apart from lover because if you listen to 'London Boy" then 'So long london" you will see that there is a story that is being told, so if they published the same year, it would have been confusing
the thing about ttpd is that it's so sonically cohesive and ha it's own sound so it's hard to plac in othe albums. but I would say it's 1989+reputation+folklore with a heavy doe sof depression
I suppose that The Anthology tracks were the vault tracks of folklore and evermore. And there’s a lyric saying ‘lowercase, in the vault’ (probably implying folklore and evermore vault since they are in lowercase) in Guilty as Sin?
OMG I feel so dumb, I have been trying to figure out who thank you aimee is about, cause I saw that it has KIM capitalized, but I can't believe it didn't know it was about kim Kardashian 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
idk about y’all, but loml is def evermore. folklore maybe, but it feels like a secondary to champagne problems so i think it would make one hell of a track on evermore.
I think that speak now could claim thanK you aIMee because she wrote some really "out there" songs at the time. Better than revenge and saying the name John so openly 😅
Yk whenever people did this for other albums, i was never comfortable with what Dear John was assigned. And now I know why: If Dear John was on another album, it would be TTPD
I Can Fix Him has a similar sound and imagery to cowboy like me, so I associate it with evermore. Likewise, But Daddy I Love Him is the "in my early 30s" version of Love Story, so I see it as Fearless.
I think Who's Afraid Of Little Old me fits Lover bc it came right after Reputation (and could be a tribute to the time when she was angry about the cancellations) and could also be a metaphor for lost albums (especially Debut because it was the first) since Lover was the first album owned by Taylor. And the beat is also reminiscent of Afterglow. Florida!!! also fits Lover, Midnights or Folklore (I don't know, I don't think it fits to Reputation)
STOP SO LONG LONDON ON LOVER WOULD KILL ME ESPECIALLY IF IT WAS AFTER LONDON BOY also but daddy i love him should be on fearless it feels like love story guilty as sin? feels red OH thank you aIMee on rep
I agree with most of these, except I think But Daddy I Love Him belongs on Red more (idk why I just get reminded of Come Back Be Here when I listen to it)
the albatross and willow literally are sisters, they matched perfectly when put together😍
FR
Now The Albatross is going to be my favourite song
i thought it was more ivy
ikkk that’s why i loved it so much
After hearing this album I am convinced that would've could've should've would've fit tortured poets perfectly
HOW DID SHE READ MY MIND? 😭
AND YOU'RE LOSING ME
@@Juliyuhh OMG I LOVE THAT SONGG
“But Daddy I Love Him” is so Speak Now coded, the length, the Little Mermaid reference, the writing, everything screams that era.
It sounded like "if this was a movie"
No wonder why my favorite tracks in the anthology are those, they are so evermore coded.
frfr its like love at first sight 😍
SAME!!
TTPD is Folklore after smoking some of Midnights's weed
so long london is NOT a lover song.
TTPD is like if Evermore was raised by Midnights and married Folklore
The bonus tracks is like evermore 2.0
Exactly, I think most of those are produced by Aaron
@@SpeakNowTaylorSwiftVersionAaron needs a raise
AND WE LOVE IT
The way I liked this more than half of the tracks off evermore
I think “thank you aIMy” should be on Speak Now
putting so long london on lover with london boy was criminal
I’m sorry to swifties who find this album boring, but as an evermore stan (+folklore too ofc). I won, we won. I’d like to think this is the trilogy completion to the folkevermore with a touch of midnights 🤎🩶💙
yesssss those are litterly my top 3 now
But daddy i love him is so speak now
that’s what i was thinking or fearless
I agree
I agree 100%! But it would be weird to have So long London and London boy on the same album ❤😂
We have Ours and Dear John on the same album tho 🤔😆
I think Cassandra is a folklore song tbh with all the parallels to mad woman
Folklore x Evermore x Midnights x Reputation = The Tortured Poets Department
x a lil bit of lover
x a lil bit of 1989
For 'So Long London" I feel it is important that it stays apart from lover because if you listen to 'London Boy" then 'So long london" you will see that there is a story that is being told, so if they published the same year, it would have been confusing
so long london is definitely suit midnights alongside you’re losing me
thanK you aIMee may revolve around the reputation topic but musically it might as well belong in debut or fearless as they were not mentioned here
I think it’d also fit well in evermore
Cassandra is the evermore version of mad woman
Putting so long London on lover is so accurate yet so horrible
TTPD has such a unique vibe, but these are very accurate!
the thing about ttpd is that it's so sonically cohesive and ha it's own sound so it's hard to plac in othe albums. but I would say it's 1989+reputation+folklore with a heavy doe sof depression
peter and cardigan on the same album would've killed me
I'm sorry but "But daddy I love him" is so Fearless coded
I feel like so high school sounds more like fearless
Guilty as Sin sounds like it could be on RED or speak now vault
But Daddy I Love Him - Fearless
I Can Fix Him - Evermore
The Smallest Man - Red
Agreed with all these, and I Can Do It to me is so midnights
I can fix him and Cowboy Like Me go together so definitely Evermore on that one
Honeychild, you put the same thing as me for the smallest man who ever lived
@@TSFAN203VIOLET ☺️🤍 cool. We thought the same then.
So High School is SO SPEAK NOW coded
im just so happy we finally got woodvale
So long London on lover is foul 😭
So High School, I get Fearless vibes.
BDILH is so fearless coded tho
Yesss, Yesss, I can see it now
Its ironic how she put so long London with London boy on lover
Cassandra and Mad woman fit perfectly
But Daddy I Love Him is so Fearless IMO
literally. it’s like love story 2.0.
i feel like the lyrics are fearless but the beat and overall vibes are more rep
it gives speak now vibes to me
Speak Now is one of my favourite albums and i also really like So High School
I suppose that The Anthology tracks were the vault tracks of folklore and evermore. And there’s a lyric saying ‘lowercase, in the vault’ (probably implying folklore and evermore vault since they are in lowercase) in Guilty as Sin?
Who else thinks that I Look In People’s Windows sounds like Death By A Thousand Cuts, but depressed? ❤❤❤ this album is by far my favorite.
thank you aimee feels more like Fearless to me, but I get why people put it in reputation because its about kim and all
OMG I feel so dumb, I have been trying to figure out who thank you aimee is about, cause I saw that it has KIM capitalized, but I can't believe it didn't know it was about kim Kardashian 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
the clips you added for each song are on point
idk about y’all, but loml is def evermore. folklore maybe, but it feels like a secondary to champagne problems so i think it would make one hell of a track on evermore.
i know that the kim stuff was after speak now, but thanK you aIMee fits speak now imo
I think that speak now could claim thanK you aIMee because she wrote some really "out there" songs at the time. Better than revenge and saying the name John so openly 😅
She's naming names on Speak Now 😭
So long, London should NOT be on lover😂 imagine having so long, London and London boy on the same album
I mean we have Ours and Dear John on the same album 😭
@@SpeakNowTaylorSwiftVersion yeah good point😭💀
idk the smallest man who ever lived screams evermore for me. its like tolerate it's sibling. i do agree for most of the songs here tho
If So Long, London was in Lover, I'm gonna cry 😭
I'd say robin is so Red vault track coded
guilty as sin lowkey gives me speak now vault track vibes
Definitely! It gives more country than pop
I think I look in peoples windows is so lover coded bc it’s based on dbatc
yess! i heard it and i immediately thought of dbatc
Ttpd is just all the other albums combined which is why it is the closing of the eras rather then a new era
Idk I feel like that's kind of what Midnights was, I do think TTPD does have somewhat more of its own sound?
I think Guilty As Sin belongs more in RED
THIS right here
Yesssss cuz it reminded me of The Last Time
Any wonder that all my favourite songs are evermore
Also I feel like “But daddy I love him!” Could’ve been on speak now :)
I LOVE LOVE LOVE I can do it with a broken heart ❤😍
Yesss! 💜
putting so long london on lover is not okay of you
Thank you aimee sounds so speak now tho
Yessss
yeaa but the caps in thanK you aIMee spell "KIM" as in kim kardashian the reason for her snake reputation
Guilty as sin was giving old Taylor swift albums like fearless
This is the most accurate one ❤ Well done!
It's so sad that I went from my Lover era to my TTPD so fast (literally, I'm not ok LOL)
I feel like taylor took inspiration from the 1989 vault tracks for a lot of these songs and i love it
Who’s afraid of little old me is MADE for rep!😃I feel like thank you Aimee might work for evermore better due to the melody🤔🤔the theme is very rep tho
imgonnagetyouback belongs in lover
NOOOO REPUTATION
I love how she says her own name in Clara Bow 🤩
Same lol
The way Evermore is my favourite album and then my favourite songs on TTPD are the ones that sound like lost Evermore tracks ❤
imgonnagetyouback could’ve worked as rep vault track
Who’s afraid of little old me? is so reputation coded
i think thank you aimee would fit amazingly on red or speak now.
I can do it with a broken heart sounds like a midnights song
We all know why so long, London went on lover and thanK you aIMee went on Rep
FLORIDA SHOULD BE ON SPEAK NOW
💯
The manuscript fits perfectly in Midnights, kinda reminds me of Dear Reader
I love Cassandra, anyone else??
Yes, Cassandra is so good! I love Cassandra as a character in greek mythology as well, so this song was just perfect.
It’s so underrated omg 🙏
@@Namelessfornow34 Greek mythology is so interesting!
these are soo accurate and the mv in the background matches the song sooo well
I can fix him (no really I can) should be on evermore and I can do it with a broken heart should be on midnights
Tbh, I would put:
But Daddy I Love Him on Fearless or Speak Now
The Alchemy on rep
The Black Dog on Red or rep
The Bolter on debut
i agree but for me bdilh belongs in 1989
I would've put Florida!!! & Guilty As Sin on Speak Now
yes!! when I heard guilty as sin i heard speak now
no wonder down bad and mbobhft are my favs, my top album is rep
cassandra & mad woman are definitely sisters
No, Mad Woman and Who’s Afraid… are sisters! 😂
exactly, “they killed cassandra first cuz she feared the worst” and “every time you call me angry, i get more angry” sound so similar too
But Daddy I Love Him is definitely Speak Now 💜
I think guilty as sin? Is sooo Speak Now
And that fresh out the slammer is like august on folklore
I think that But Daddy I Love Him is giving Red❤❤❤
And So High School is more Fearless than Speak Now💛💛💛
Or So High School could just be 2009 Taylor in general lol 😂
Yk whenever people did this for other albums, i was never comfortable with what Dear John was assigned. And now I know why: If Dear John was on another album, it would be TTPD
The Bolter should've been Debut/Fearless i think
I was dying for someone to post! Thank you!
THESE ARE SO ACCURATE
Glad I wasn’t the only one who thought Florida was so rep
BDILH could also be Speak Now imao
guilty as sin is so red coded imo
I can hear it ☺💜
@@SpeakNowTaylorSwiftVersion yeah imo it's like the last time
I Can Fix Him has a similar sound and imagery to cowboy like me, so I associate it with evermore. Likewise, But Daddy I Love Him is the "in my early 30s" version of Love Story, so I see it as Fearless.
I'm the only one who believes Florida!!! would it look good on Speak Now?😿
I agree!!
lol my top 3 are MBOBHFT, Florida!!! and WAOLOM and I’m a rep girly and they were all rep ig that proves how much I love rep coded songs
WAIT OMG THOSE ARE MY TOP 3 TOO 😭😭
Same
My Boy Only Breaks His Favorite Toys is more 1989 and But Daddy I Love Him is more Red in my opinion
So High School - Fearless. The Manuscript - Red
I think So long London would be a Folklore or Evermore song
I think Who's Afraid Of Little Old me fits Lover bc it came right after Reputation (and could be a tribute to the time when she was angry about the cancellations) and could also be a metaphor for lost albums (especially Debut because it was the first) since Lover was the first album owned by Taylor. And the beat is also reminiscent of Afterglow.
Florida!!! also fits Lover, Midnights or Folklore (I don't know, I don't think it fits to Reputation)
Florida!!! fits in Midnights for me
@@praveenkasam1185 yess, it does
THANK YOU for putting ‘Toys’ on Reputation!! So many on tiktok have NOT done that, and they’re wrong!
STOP SO LONG LONDON ON LOVER WOULD KILL ME ESPECIALLY IF IT WAS AFTER LONDON BOY
also but daddy i love him should be on fearless it feels like love story
guilty as sin? feels red
OH thank you aIMee on rep
I SWEAR KARMA TAYLOR LOOK LIKED SHE WAS SAYING “written mine on my upper thigh” 0:48
😭😆
I agree with most of these, except I think But Daddy I Love Him belongs on Red more (idk why I just get reminded of Come Back Be Here when I listen to it)
this is the most accurate thing i've ever seen (especially the music vids fit perfectly to each song!!!)
Yeah, this album is Midnight's sister for me
