Pierre-Luc Dubois has just been traded to the LA Kings. Dubois has also signed an 8 year extension for $8.5 million per season the Kings. He is a very skilled two way power forward who can play both centre and wing. Dubois is a great addition for the Kings since they’re about to complete their rebuild. He is going to make them a more complete team and provide them with the offence that they were missing. I think this trade is going to get them one step closer to being able to compete for the Stanley Cup once again

Kings traded 2 right handers out of their top 13 forwards for left handed Dubois.
That gives LA 12 out of 13 forwards that are all left hended....with only Arvidsson as the only right handed forward.
dubois was a tough trade, i loved all three guys. But he's a big body, and a strong guy in front of the net. Someone that could help kings against oilers big team. We know Kings have amazing offense and Dfence now. We just need big bodies and a goalie

They didn’t trade for Dubois to get more scoring. The two guys they traded away will likely have enough points to double what Dubois normally would score. This trade was made strategically to be able to handle Edmonton and Vegas.

🤩🤩🤩I hope he fits in with L.A Kings well. Now they have Dubois, Kopitar, Danault, Fiala, Doughty, Kempe, and Viktor Arviddson. Alex Iafalo, Gabe Valardi, and Rusmus Kupari are with the Jets. So Kings trade their young rising star Varladi for Pier Luc-Dubois. Actually, it's 3 for 1! Doh! Sounds good!

@MaiettaSportsMedia, I can't wait until Oct. 7. That's when reg season starts. John Quick and Alex Martinez won their 3rd Stanley Cup championship with Vegas Golden Knights in 2022-2023. J. Quick signed one deal with NY Rangers. He left Vegas Golden Knights. Congrats to both of them. Go Kings Go!
Actually it was 4 for 1, there was a draft pick in there as well. I like PLD, but the jets got the better of that trade. Give him a couple of seasons, and he'll be asking to get traded again. PLD wants to be on a team that has a legitimate shot of winning the Stanley Cup.. L.A. isn't it.
Vilardi is better. Just watch. Big mistake trading him away

Shows how much you know lol he never requested a trade from the jets he just didn’t wanna resign. Anyone would hate playing in Columbus under torts and the Winnipeg locker room was in shambles well before he got there just look how their playoff run ended
@@edwinacuna8500 Dude, Not sure what you think you KNOW, but when a player says "I am not resigning" that basically means that he wants to play for another team. Trade me. Because it certainly does not mean, "let me go to free agency and you get nothing!"

Dubois makes nobody better around him. He’s a bad locker room guy with a horrible attitude. He has potential but don’t have what it takes to grind through when it gets tough. Sounds like you’re living in a fantasy world.
