    I can relate so hard with being a 'published adventure' DM. Really my style aswell. I find it easier to be creative within boundries. Going to run the Beginner Box for my group and transition into OoA for my group (trying to convince them to pick up PF2e).

    I’m one of those guys that is slowly going through your Abomination Vaults videos as my players go deeper into the vaults.

      I know I love watching others play before running it, just to pick up tips. We have the first 4 episodes of our playthrough up now, plus a 3 part Prequel Series!
      But yeah, this will be a good series I hope to help you run your game; Next episode we delve into Chapter 1 specifics!

    I think the demand is picking up because I think there are late comers, especially with D&D One on the horizon, and also with greater visibility occurring with the issues for GM'ing 5E, Pathfinder 2E is getting looked at more and more. Add to it that Foundry is partnered with Paizo to create official modules for the APs now, and I think you are going to see more traffic on these.

      Hi Tom!
      The plan is to do this series Bi-Weekly. That would make the next episode airing live on twitch this Sunday, and on CZcams a few days later : )

    Silly question... which way is the river flowing? I couldn't get my head around the map. Is the city sitting on top of a cliff, hence the river is flowing northward (so the higher end of the waterfall is at the bottom)? Or is it the other way around, ie river flowing southward so the higher end of the waterfall is at the top?

    • @RecallKnowledge
      @RecallKnowledge  Před 2 lety +3

      Good question! The city is indeed on the top of 500 foot tall cliffs called the Hellfallen cliffs, with a large waterfall in the middle of a city. The river is flowing Northward. The area just north of the waterfall is the "Hellside" district, a ramshackle wooden shanty village literally built vertically in the hellfallen cliffs. So from that, we know that the river flows northward.
      There is a good image illustrating it from Paizo here: paizo.com/image/content/PathfinderModules/PZO9543Alkenstar.jpg
      This would be at the North end of the city, looking South.
