Hello, can you make a video how to timestamp on relay app. Thank you

I’m not aware of a way to add a time stamp. Are you looking to see where to go and see the time stamps? If so, I’m happy to cover that in a video.
As far as my “evidence collecting”, I primarily use screenshot’s on my phone that have the time on them and those are what I use to substantiate my disputes. Most commonly, they will mark you down for app usage which is easy to disprove if you have enough screenshots.
Every step I do to protect my grade:

Hey! Could you please give an advice regarding the app usage? 1-2 times per week I get app usage (the app was not running), but the app is on all the time. I made disputes but ROC did not explain why I got it and this influence my performance. Do you have this kind of issue? Thank you and good luck!

      Great question!
Do they happen to me? 100% they do, I usually average 2-3 of these accusations each month.
Here is how I address them when accused of not using app:

My question for you is, what is your screenshot situation looking like? On any load, I’m usually taking 6-8 screenshots per leg of the trip (arrival successfully detected, after check-in, refreshes while waiting at truckers lounge, trailer attached, check-out, etc). I’m also meticulous about checking my grade (trailing seven days) at the completion of each load (what I was doing at 11:52 of this video). Had they marked down app usage, I’m now armed with information to start my dispute.
My verbiage to them is along the lines of:
“Despite having the app running 100% of the time with location services on (specifically precise location), my app usage score has been marked down, falsely. Fortunately, I take screenshots of every step of the tour to combat accusations such as this. Attached are what I consider to be the three most crucial screenshots (check in, trailer attached, check out), but on request, I am happy to provide every screenshot I took which will demonstrate the app was in fact running the entire time”
If you want more info on all of the steps I use to protect my grade:

I hate that they do this but you do have to stay on top of these because a couple per week is going to knock you out of early access (98% and up) and then they get to pay you less for the same work. I’ve had quite a few of these accusations but they’ve never been able to make one stick because of the amount of evidence/information I can present and I do identify as relentless.

Appreciate the kind words, there are a lot of people exiting for sure. Definitely gonna stick around and see what I can do. Only time will tell but in regards to load volume and slightly higher rates, I’m liking what I’m seeing.

He bro do you call into Amazon brokerage over night for loads ? They tend to pay more for loads that are closer to departure times. I operate in the Inland Empire

They call me (occasionally) when I respond to spot capacity emails. I agree 100% with waiting until closer to departure time (urgency), 90% of the loads I’ve ever booked through Amazon have been leaving in less than 2 hours from when I book them. I’d venture to say the bulk of those have been leaving within the next hour.
You know all about that 15S traffic through Temecula that starts around 4:15AM M-F. I love SoCal, but I absolutely hate that. If I’m north of there after 4:30AM and I’m not on a load, it’s nap time.
