if its the one i think it is, i am probably one of those people. lol. dont get me wrong, i had been wanting the game for two years, but only recently built a pc with enough juice to run it four months ago and then after watching a bunch of his vids, i knew i had to just buy the game. ive been loving every second of it.
i love these videos, they're so awesome. sometimes watching these i feel like im a small part of what it was like in that terrible war

just so you know, i legit got this game because of your vids. i thought the concept was interesting when i first heard about it about two years ago, but didnt take it seriously at all. then, about three months ago, i finally built a pc that could handle decent games and then after watching a bunch of your vids on this game, i decided i needed this game in my life....by the way, my gfs and i use the same steam account, so the name is sort of lame, but if anyone sees Blackcatlikesu, that is me. still a noob at this game, but man, it is so awesome. i just wish more people played, especially early in the morning....anyways, thank you for pushing me to get the game with your vids, and ill see everyone out on the battlefield!

The two confederate forces never seemed to attack at the same time, at 14:03, if that second group it the Union a couple minutes earlier, or the first group waited until the second was in position, they could have won.

Confederate forces, and a stone wall...seems appropriate some how. Still reminds me, of that epic scene in Gods And Generals at the Battle of Fredericksburg. a great film, if you all are interested...it's a bit long, but if you're a history buff like me..I'm sure you'll enjoy it. And this game looks amazing..especially when you see the way these regiments play..with all the accurate tactics, it's really awesome.
These European server battles are always so well done. They just seem to know how to fight these kinds of battles better lol.

TheTocoToucan This was a UEC campaign match I believe. You would need to join a regiment/brigade that participates in that campaign. It would be on a private server that’s password locked.
Regiment vs regiment battles usually take place each weekend.
The regiments you see in this battle are organised and do drills to learn commands and formations. More organisation vs public matches.
Union Side:
Serpent Brigade (51stNY and KYBat)
20thNY
CSA Side:
8th Alabama
8th Florida
If you were interested in joining one and taking part in battles like these, I would recommend the Serpent Brigade (51stNY/KYBat).

Big Mr Critic Man Nah you probably weren’t if you can’t remember. You would’ve needed to be a member of one of the regiments in this battle since this was a private battle on a server with password lock.
If you were, you would be either a member of the Serpent Brigade (51stNY/KYBat) or the 20thNY.

If u are from Europe join a UEC Regiment.
In my opinion they are better, because most of them are more organised and disciplined than the American ones.

now think of this game but instead of that, is just infantry warfare in modern times. that would be could to have a big wide battle with more communication necessary for success. Not some battlefield or call of duty.

Realism. Most Confederate soldiers were that poor. A lot didnt get boots until after the first battle they could stomach pulling boots off a dead man.
