america chavez is imo one of the best counters for this boss, you can do her cycle about 2 times and then just cheese him by doing heavys back to back and his power gain cant do anything cause of the dark dimension, and then you can do what you said, heavy and special 3.

If you are good with CGR, I would go him, but Hulkling is more reliable. Both are great

Always depends what you need, but generally OP champs at lower levels will out do mid champs that are higher up
