just an fyi: when you buy a module it now includes a one year support for that mod there is a recurring fee called "business care" that is not mandatory as long as you cancel it before the renewal looks like its something new there doing. my old mods only came with 3 months of support included then you had to pay extra lol
We change a template and we don't know what happened but we only have one photo for each articles(rather then more) Can please let me know to find and update photos to our new theme?
With PrestaShop, you first need to buy hosting and then install the software, most hosts have a one-click install setup. It's not like Shopify where you just go to the website and sign up.

It doesn't work like that, it's not software for your computer

The software that you would upload to your host if it didn't offer the ability to install it directly.
what other option do we have?
Shopify, Bigcommerce, WooCommerce, Ecwid to name a few, there are plenty of alternatives out there.
