I'm very proud to present you one of my favorite projects so far: How to be a Domino Jedi Master! 😊
You might have noticed that I'm a big Star Wars fan and I always wanted to make a video with lots of cool special effects, so I thought: Hey, Star Wars and special effects are the perfect combination.
I had the idea for this project for several months, but I wasn't able to realize it, because I didn't have a program that could make all the effects that I wanted to have. Luckily, my friend DominoJOJO told me about this awesome software called HitFilm Express. It's completely free and you can make a ton of cool stuff with it.
All in all, it took me about 35 hours to build and edit the video 😅
I also tried to include as many different Jedi abilities as possible.

Oh wow, the editing on this is insane. I especially loved the lightsaber one and the force speed one. Super creative idea overall, I love the idea of combining editing tricks with dominoes and machines. I think there are some opportunities there for some really cool video concepts...

Great video! I love the reversed footage at 1:11 and how you intercut it with the footage of the dominoes falling into the containers. All the effects in this are really funny and creative, but I think that one worked especially well.
