Hi Drew! It's Aiden and Jenny from the car show event yesterday. We wanted to thank you so much for your help. Despite some printing issues, the event was a success, and everyone received the booth well. We discovered that the DNP Mac drive version only supports MacBook versions 10-13, while my MacBook Pro is running version 14.5. As a result, my MacBook couldn't communicate with the printer even when connected via USB. We decided to purchase WCM DNP to avoid the need for a different MacBook. Again, we truly appreciate your time and education in photo booth 101!
